HAPPY NEW YEAR!! RODO WELLNESS WAS JUST AN IDEA IN THE BEGINNING OF 2017. WITH A DESIRE TO DO MORE, HELP MORE AND NOT ONLY TREAT, BUT PREVENT INJURY, RODO WELLNESS WAS BORN. Make Social Plans that Include Activity Opt for a walk or exercise class with a friend instead of drinks. 2. PLAY (really play) with Your Kids Spend quality time playing freeze tag or hide and seek with your kids. Not only will they be so excited about the time you're spending with them, but you can also get your heart rate up! 3. Challenge Yourself to set 1 physical goal and 1 healthy meal goal per week Change doesn't happen in a day.
